Getting help with Lighthouse
Lighthouse and LAMP are the property-management and accounting applications published by Lighthouse Intelligent Asset Platform L.L.C. This page is how you reach us when something is wrong, unclear, or missing.

Reach a person
One mailbox, read by a person who can actually fix things: info@lighthouseamp.com.
We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day. If something is stopping your team from working — nobody can sign in, a payment run will not release, a statement will not open — put URGENT in the subject line and say what is blocked; those go to the top of the pile.
What to tell us
Five lines will usually save a whole day of back-and-forth.
- Your firm — the company name, and your name and role.
- Which application — Lighthouse (property management) or LAMP (accounting), and whether you are on a phone, a tablet, or a computer.
- Where you were — the module or screen, for example Task Log, Vendor & Bid Engine, Invoice Register, Financials, Guidance.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. If the platform showed you a message, quote it exactly — the wording tells us a great deal.
- A screenshot, if you have one. It is worth more than a paragraph.
Please do not send passwords, and do not send bank account or card numbers by email. We will never ask you for your password, and we do not need it.
Help inside the application
Much of what people write to us about can be answered without leaving the screen you are on.
Guidance
The Guidance button sits in the top bar of both applications. Ask it anything in plain language. It answers from your own records and points at the exact row it is talking about — and when it cannot answer, it files your question as a tracked ticket rather than guessing at you.
The Helm
Voice, for when your hands are full. It repeats back what it heard and what it intends to do before it does anything, and it will refuse plainly rather than act on a command it did not understand. It never enters a money amount or a date from speech.
Your own tickets
Questions you file through Guidance stay visible to you and to your managers with their status on them, so nothing you asked disappears into a void.
Accounts, sign-in, and lost devices
Lighthouse accounts are not self-registered. Your firm keeps its own roster, and its Principal, Director, or VP adds and removes people. That means:
- Need access, or a different role? Ask your firm's administrator. We cannot add you to a firm's roster on your own request, and you would not want us to be able to.
- Cannot sign in? Sign-in runs through your firm's own Microsoft account and its multi-factor authentication. A password or authenticator problem is usually your own IT department's to reset. If sign-in fails after that works, write to us.
- Lost or stolen device? Tell your administrator immediately so your roster entry can be revoked, and tell us as well. Saved sign-in on a device expires on its own, but revoking the roster entry ends access at once.
- Leaving the firm? Removal from the roster ends your access. Your work records stay with the firm, as business records do.
Privacy, data, and deletion requests
If you want to know what personal data is held about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted — including ending an account — the Privacy Policy explains the routes, and info@lighthouseamp.com will get you to the right one. Requests are answered on a stated clock, and we do not charge for them.
If an automated part of the platform contributed to a decision that affected you and you want to know what it contributed, or want a human being to look at it again, say so in your message. That request has its own lane, described on the Compliance & Responsible AI page.
What we do not have yet
We would rather tell you than have you go looking.
- There is no public status page yet. If the platform is down, write to us and we will tell you what we know and when we expect it back.
- There is no telephone support line yet. Everything runs through the mailbox above. If a call is the right answer to your problem, ask and we will arrange one.
- Push notifications are not enabled in the current release. The platform holds work for review inside the application rather than pinging your phone.
Not a customer yet?
If you are evaluating Lighthouse rather than using it, the walkthrough request on the home page reaches the same mailbox, and the LAMP and Compliance & Responsible AI pages answer most of what people ask before a first call.
